Lauryn Hill going to JAIL??

Singer Lauryn Hill plead GUILTY to three counts of tax invasion, if convicted she can face up to  years in prison plus fines. Lauryn told the judge she deliberately did not pay her taxes for the years 2005, 2006, and 2007 where she earned more than $1.8 million dollars. When the judge asked Hill if she ""intentionally and willingly" didn't pay her taxes, she replied, "Yes."In addition to three years in prison, Hill also faces a fine of $75,000. She was released on bail for $150,000. Her sentence hearing will be in November.

Kobe in trouble AGAIN!!

Looks as if Kobe is in trouble with his wife Vanessa AGAIN!!  Vanessa has some serious questions for Kobe regarding these new pictures thats circulating the internet. Sources close to Vanessa says that she is "furious" and "embarrased" over the photos, (one of Kobe chatting up 2 women at an afterparty last week in Barcelona ... the other showed him hanging with 2 different women in a nightclub) but that didn't stop her from flying to London to watch him play in the Olympics.  We're told Vanessa's anger is NOT because she thinks Kobe cheated ... instead she's mad that he put himself in situations where the photos could be taken. Kobe's excuse for him not having a shirt on in the picture: someone spilled a drink on  his shirt, and he was only briefly shirtless -- while he sent for a cleaner, dryer shirt. Jhene Akio's New Single Dedicated to Her Brother.

Earlier this week, Singer Jhene Akio lost her older brother Miyagi to cancer so she decided to write and record a song in his honor. The song is called "For My Brother". This is such a beautiful song and you can tell Jhene and Miyagi had a really strong relationship just by the things she says. She says things like " and if the angels call your name..baby please tell them you wanna stay", "You are more than just my brother. We were more like bestfriends, Nothing lasts forever, but I dont want this to end, So dont give up on us". Jhene took to Tumblr to explain the meaning behind her song.. Here's what she had to say..

"I wrote and recorded this myself on my lap top, for my brother…. Miyagi . this song was really just intended for him to hear….. but i thought it would be nice to share ….

Sherman Hemsley dead at 74!

Earlier today, actor Sherman Hemsley, who as George Jefferson ensured the African American community that blacks will never be invisable on television again died at his home in El Paso, Texas. Hemsley played  Jefferson for 2 years on "All in The Family" from 1973-75, then starred alongside Isabel Sanford from  1975-1985 on their own show "The Jeffersons". Isabel died in 2004 at the age of 86.

Terrence J's GF being sued by model!!

I've just got word that Tv personality Terrence J's girlfriend model Selita Ebanks (Did you guys know that they were dating?) is being sued by another model (Liza Izirarry) after Selita broke her nose in a fight that happened in November. According to Liza, Selita lost it after she saw her talking to Terrence:

“I was in so much pain. My pillow was covered in blood.”
“When Selita saw me, she said, ‘Don’t be kissing my man.’ I said to myself, ‘So what, that’s my friend.’ That’s when she hit me on the nose. I went to swing back — that’s when all her friends jumped in. I felt hair pulling and fists coming at me. I’m so angry, because she thinks she can get away with anything. You shouldn’t be allowed to put your hands on anyone for no reason. Me saying hello to someone doesn’t give you the right to hit me.”


Liza is also upset with Terrence J:

“He did nothing. I even texted him later that day to tell him that wasn’t cool and asked him what the hell was up with Selita. I never disrespected either of them. He never responded.” She also stated.
Meanwhile, Selita’s lawyer is questioning why Liza would wait so long after the alleged incident to sue.

A$AP Rocky Arrested!!

Tonight rapper A$AP Rocky was arrested in Manhattan after he allegedly beat up two photographers. According to the police A$AP who's birth name is Rakim Mayers, had gotten into an arguement with someone in downtown Manhattan when two civilians started taking pictures of the incident. It is said A$AP and a freind quickly turned to the civilans and a fight broke out. It is also said the two victims suffered cuts and bruises and one was being treated at a hospital. (Damn Rocky!) Were told responding officers arrested Rocky and hes allegedly being charged with attempted robbery. It's still unclear at this point what he was strying to "steal". Rocky is a native New Yorker and member of the hip hop group A$AP Mob.
